BiCE, a much loved Italian restaurant in Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Beach has re-opened it’s doors with a revamped chic look and a new terrace which will house a resident DJ while people enjoy the Dubai’s winter from sundown till the wee hours of the morning.
I was invited to the launch and couldn’t be more excited with the brilliant offerings they had! The media launch menu had an extremely palatable Burrata which was good enough to be my main course. The server also bought me buttered steamed veggies which went along very well with my Burrata.

When your #Burrata is #sexy enough to be your #MainCourse 🙌 Honored to be a part of the #BiceIsBack event and what an impressive show you put on @hiltonbeach 👌 #Bice has launched their new #Terrace area which is absolutely perfect for #Dubai #Winters and what a #view 😍 Perfect for sundowners or a date night 👯 #BiceHilton #TheVegetarianSoul
For drinks I stuck to a non alcoholic Virgin Mojito which was extremely refreshing as we still battle the UAE heat. I had this on their new open terrace area which has some stunning views and has a section outside the restaurant and on a lower grassy ground.
The revamped interiors are spacious and classy with beautiful chandeliers and tress in doors.
The desserts were like a party in your mouth! The Basil Pannacotta was soft and creamy, with a strong flavour of basil which was not overpowering and did not hinder the taste of the dessert.
The Lavender Creme Brulee was like a spa on your tastebuds. It was one of the finest I have had and really opens up your senses to the possibilities of indulging in exquisite flavors like this.
Rhubarb and Strawberry Soup with Frozen Greek Yoghurt was a class apart! Served with a thin waffle on top which covers the dessert, the combination was fresh and delicious!
Here are the amazing chefs behind this sought after restaurant.
BiCE is an apt venue for business lunches, or to mingle with friends and family whilst enjoying Italian classics. They also have a live jazz piano from 7 pm to keep the dining scene entertaining.
