Rajdhani Thali – A Khandani Parampara

A thali experience at Rajdhani is truly exotic. It’s all vegetarian variety pays an abode to it’s traditional Rajasthani cuisine in the best way possible.

Rajdhani, The Vegetarian Thali Restaurant has spread its aroma in this industry over the past few decades. Known as a “thali place” with 72 different rotating menus with more than 20,000 delicacies from Gujarat and Rajasthan, Rajdhani gives it’s customers the flavour of novelty.

My experience was truly royal. We started off with a welcome drink which was sweet and like a sharbat. It was truly refreshing and addicting.

Then came the thali with it’s unlimited variety of food. The servers just kept laying out the food in this plate with tiny bowls and the varieties wouldn’t stop.

For someone like me who loves variety in their food, this was beyond overwhelming. I loved everything I ate. From the starters, to the curries, to the daal, to the pickles and the roti’s and rice, everything was beyond delicious and true to it’s roots. Rajdhani is knows for their thali’s and this joint does nothing but impress.

Even the service was amazing. The servers do push you to eat which is what they are supposed to do in a thali place but they don’t make you feel irritated with their incessant offerings.

For those who love or have never experienced thali, this is one of the places you should definitely visit amongst many others.
