Cherrie Blossom came as a very pleasant surprise. Not only was the food quite nice, the warm service and the stunning views give this place all the marks it deserves.
Once you walk into the by lanes of the fishing harbour where all the restaurants are located, you find Cherrie Blossom with it’s table of colorful tissue boxes and coasters which are hand painted to be sold. Walk inside and you go up a flight of stairs not knowing what to expect. On one side is a room with a gaming area with a pool table, a dining area in the middle where the most amazing sheesha is served and a terrace area which overlooks the waterfront and caters to some stunning views. I unfortunately lost most of my pics so i will soon update this review with more pics once i go back there.
We started off with some Fusion Mojito Lemonade which came in a pitcher and is good for 3-4 people. It was refreshing and a bit tangy.
Our appetizers included Onion Rings which were quite nice and crispy, a caesar salad which was fresh and quite a meal in itself and a beautiful green salad. Everything was fresh and the portions were pretty big.
The Tomato Soup tasted as good as it looked. It was the answer to those cold mornings which enjoying the view outside and sipping on deliciousness.
For mains, we had the Alfredo Sauce Pasta which was quite delicious and very heavy. I enjoyed the thick sauce with the well cooked pasta. Served with slices of garlic bread, this dish will warm your heart and tickle your tastebuds.
Don't dwell on what could have happened in 2016 ✨ Instead pull out what you have learned from the good and bad experiences, add a dash of sauce to it, and make 2017 one tasty one 😋 Just like this yummy #spaghetti from @cherrieblossomrestaurant 🍝 Spend your #NYE at this restaurant which has stunning views and a lavish buffet at #Jumeirah #Fishing #Harbor 🥂 #CherrieBlossom #TheVegetarianSoul
The Thai Curry was quite a surprise too and was absolutely delicious. A bit spicy, and served with rice, this dish will be enjoyed best at the terrace while enjoying the breezy winters of Dubai.
My scrumptious meal ended here and then i moved on to having the smoothest sheesha i have come across in a long time. Unfortunately the sheesha can’t be served outdoors till they get the appropriate license but it is a definite must when there.
Cherrie Blossom will surprise you and the food combined with the views is quite good. Their Karak too is a definite try. Can’t wait to go back here.
