Located in the newest design district of Dubai, the new Molecule restaurant is just what you need to experience exquisite French dining along with being a good alternative to go lounging as well. It is a very fresh addition to the d3 food hub.
The restaurant owes its conception to French Chef Udo Moreau, who has also worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants. Boasting a menu of French and classic International cuisines, the restaurant provides all the basics: a full bar, an outdoor seating area and beautiful interiors.
Introducing a new term ‘Bistronomy’, Molecule has quirky and interiors. Beautiful wall art, classy yet a fun ambience are made to perfection. It will surely make you stare at the walls. If planning a date or quick getaway and your partner loves beautiful indoors and outdoors, of course with great food and service, this is the right place for you. It will cater to your artistic flair.
I was in awe of the warmth from the staff and while I gazed around at all the color, my first order arrived. As I munched on my complimentary bread which was toasted to perfection, I admired the cone shaped butter given on the side which looked pretty cute. Such things always add to the experience.
Then came in the visually appealing Burrata. The “famous burrata” as they call it, had aubergine, courgette, tomato, and a dash of basil in it. Burrata is essentially an Italian cheese made with fresh mozzarella and cream. It has to be super soft, creamy and delicious. With a wide smile of satisfaction , the next thing I relished was their beautiful Ratatouille. The soft eggplant, stir fried zucchini and red bell pepper, tomatoes and salt were all well combined. This dish makes you reminisce of comfort food.
As I sipped on my gorgeous flower drink which was pinkish purplish with edible flowers, Goat cheese ravioli arrived. They were kind enough to remove the prawn foam since I am vegetarian, the stuffing of goat cheese was so generous. The ravioli was soft and delicious. It’s a must try on the menu.
To wrap up, I opted for the Mysterious Arabica dessert. It had the right sweetness to balance out all other flavors. All thanks to the excellent staff who helped in selecting the items as per my taste buds. From presentation to execution, it gets all points. The arabica ice cream mixed with confit pear had a chocolate sheet covering it from the top on which milk chocolate ganache was poured and seeped right into the concoction. It was magical!
Thank you for this amazing experience Molecule. I have fallen for you and I recommend this place to all!
