Enab Beirut – City Walk’s Picturesque Lebanese Restaurant

A casual dining place, Enab Beirut is a gorgeous place to dine in. It has beautiful décor, and an open side porch which has oodles of greenery on it. A beautiful vintage style eatery, this place has got a pretty Lebanese touch to it. It feels similar to walking in a beautiful house in Lebanon. The unique hanging lamps from the ceiling are gorgeous. The dishes served here are in Lebanese style. It is a Lebanese gem located in the heart of City Walk.

I tasted the spicy hummus, which had mashed chickpeas and a spicy paste. I found it unique, because hummus is a humble dish, which is usually creamy, soft and doesn’t have any spice to it. Just with a hint olive oil in it, it lingered on my taste buds. The Batata Harra which I tried was exceptionally good too. Potato lovers can also try grilled potatoes which are served in two or more styles.

The cheese sambousek, which is a Lebanese style appetizer, was served hot and crispy. They are cheese filled puff pastries. It has feta, mozzarella and parsley in it. Though deep fried, it gives you a guilt pleasure of savoring on something so delicious.

Then there was the classic fresh orange juice, which tasted delicious and refreshing, a respite in this sultry hot weather. It is an all time savior for refreshment. Also, citrus fruits are good palate cleansers too. So taking a sip of fresh orange juice in between makes way for more to taste. The overall experience of the entire place and food was amazing. I recommend this place to all Lebanese food lovers. Also, to those who are adventurous foodies and wish to try something new in a pretty place.
