Jodhpur has been quite popular since inception and continues to blow your mind after the tons of management change at the hotel. The impeccable food along with top notch service and the royal ambience, make this place a must for any special occasion.
With the launch of their new menu came a lot of new dishes. as always, I loved the delectable vegetarian selection and the twists that were infused in traditional recipes.
PRE STARTER – Jeera Khari with herb yogurt
Puff pastry dredged with caraway seeds and served with herb yogurt topped with pink peppercorns.
Khari can’t get better than this! Once you pop this, you would just not like the ones you have at home during tea time.
AMUSE BOUCHE – Macaron Chaat
Take on Pani Puri as macaron shells are sweet and the sour filling of cream cheese gives burst in the mouth.
This is THE BEST amuse bouche in the history of amuse bouche’s. The savoury taste of the filling along with the sweetness of the macaron shell is an exquisite combination, one that your tastebuds will crave for long after your meal.

Smoked Masala Papad, Mixed greens
Smoky crushed papad served on a bed of crunchy lettuce and topped with salsa served on a mason jar.
Baby Podi Idlis, Tomato Coconut Chutney
Miniature steamed idlis tossed with madras gun powder and served with tomato and coconut chutney.
Paneer Tikka Quesadillas, Paprika Raita
Juliennes of cottage cheese tossed with bell peppers, tomatoes, olives and wrapped in tortilla sheets with cheddar cheese and pan grilled, served with paprika raita.

ALL and i genuinely mean ALL the dishes lived up to the Jodhpur standard and one was better than the other! This place is a must when you want to impress someone or want to celebrate a spectacular evening.
